What is it all about?<\/h2>\n        <ol class=\"raps-steps\">\n          <li><p data-source>Identify 1-2 adults at each organization to facilitate the Getting to \u2018Y\u2019 RAPS program. The adult is the sponsor of an existing youth group or runs an existing youth program.<\/p><\/li>\n          <li><p data-source>Identify a core group of 5-7 representative youth leaders in your afterschool program, school, or community. These youth will be trained to facilitate a group analysis of the YRRS data.<\/p><\/li>\n          <li><p data-source>The 5-7 youth leaders will be trained for 2 days in Albuquerque (or locally) with youth leader teams from 4 other sites in how to facilitate data analysis with peers.<\/p><\/li>\n          <li><p data-source>The identified youth leaders will recruit 15-20 additional participants from diverse and representative social groups in their community to join in the data analysis retreat.<\/p><\/li>\n          <li><p data-source>Participants meet for a day-long retreat in their community to analyze YRRS data from their district and create an executive summary of their findings.<\/p><\/li>\n          <li><p data-source>Youth participants host a community dialogue event with parents, school leaders, and community members, where they share their findings and ideas on how to best address the issues they find most concerning.<\/p><\/li>\n          <li><p data-source>Youth engage community organizations in developing action plans and activate positive change.<\/p><\/li>\n          <li><p data-source>Youth may share their experience at professional conferences, in galleries, and on social media.<\/p><\/li>\n        <\/ol>\n      <\/section>\n<section id=\"support\" aria-labelledby=\"support-title\">\n        <h2 id=\"support-title\">What support and participation involve<\/h2>\n        <div class=\"raps-responsibilities\">\n          <div><h3>What will the UNM Team provide?<\/h3><ul>\n            <li data-source>Local-level YRRS data for participants to use in their analysis.<\/li>\n            <li data-source>Training for youth leaders and adult mentors that is based on a Positive Youth Development (PYD), Youth-Adult Partnership model.<\/li>\n            <li data-source>Getting To \u2018Y\u2019 RAPS Toolkit manuals.<\/li>\n            <li data-source>Project support for youth and school\/organization staff for the academic year.<\/li>\n            <li data-source>Measurement and program evaluation to see if the project accomplishes its goals.<\/li>\n          <\/ul><\/div>\n          <div><h3>What will the participating community organization provide?<\/h3><ul>\n            <li data-source><strong>A dedicated adult<\/strong> (community organizer, program coordinator, educator, social worker, or other adult) to be the project facilitator\/adult mentor at the project site.<\/li>\n            <li data-source>A dedicated adult participating in training of the youth leadership team provided by UNM &#8211;
